In the cooking school of the estate, guests learn to transform fresh local ingredients into delicious authentic Tuscan and Italian dishes, learning the ways they combine and mix the various elements and the traditional cooking time. The course classes are purposely small (maximum 6 people) to ensure personal attention and the manual involvement of all participants. Classes begin in the organic garden before moving into the house, in the kitchen to start the real course. You can choose between many formats as Experience Pasta, Pizza Experience, Tuscany Cooking Experience, Forgotten Flavors, Tuscany Vegetarian and All About Bread. All the cooking class, except Pizza Experience, include a tasting meal and a glass of wine.

The company is the fifth largest producer of Brunello di Montalcino, which is grown on 51 hectares of his vineyard.
